By submitting their personal data, the User consents to the processing, storage and use of their personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006 for the following purposes:

• Rendering customer support services
• Providing the User with information on marketing events
• Conducting audits and other internal studies in order to improve the quality of services provided

Personal data means any personal information that makes it possible to identify the User/Buyer, such as:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Contact phone number
• E-mail
• Postal address

The personal data of Users shall be stored only on electronic media and processed using automated systems unless manual processing of personal data is required by law.

The Company shall not transfer the received personal data to any third parties, except for the following cases:

• At the request of competent public authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation
• To strategic partners who work with the Company to provide products and services or help the Company sell products and services to consumers. We provide third parties with the minimum amount of personal data necessary only to render the required service or carry out the required transaction.

The Company reserves the right to amend these rules unilaterally, provided that such changes do not contradict the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Changes to the terms and conditions of these rules shall come into force upon publication on the Website.
