ATB Electronics has been manufacturing products for rolling stock and train protection and control systems for more than five years. We are by our partners’ side throughout their project, from idea to implementation.

The devices created by our company are used by Russian Railways, the Moscow Metro, the Moscow Central Circle rail line and the Moscow Central Diameters. We have developed a line of sensors for ground infrastructure and monitoring of various parameters.

With our expertise in creating highly reliable devices, we are able to produce electronic equipment both for manufacturers and developers of railway vehicles, ground automation systems and telemetry systems, and for integrators that assemble their solutions from existing products.

For manufacturers and developers of railway vehicles, ground automation systems and telemetry systems, we offer:

• A modern production site with four fully automated surface-mount assembly lines, a selective soldering system and an automated through-hole inserter
• Press-fit component mounting, waterproof coating application, and packaging
• Design and production of enclosures and front panels for electronic components, in line with requirements for mechanical impact resistance and electromagnetic compatibility Product testing and certification
• Development of test fixtures and testing of electronic components and assembled products
• Compilation of design documentation in line with the Unified System for Design Documentation.

For integrators that assemble their solutions from existing products, ATB Electronics has developed and supplies door opening/closing, acceleration, temperature and humidity sensors operating in low-energy networks.

At our production site, the product life cycle is fully traceable, from selection of suppliers and purchase of components to arrival at the customer’s warehouse. We provide warranty and post-warranty servicing and, if necessary, offer product upgrades.

ATB Electronics has been certified as a Russian Manufacturer by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia and has experience of obtaining ST-1 certification in cooperation with customers.
