A special feature of this station during repair is three types of heaters - two air heaters, with the possibility of independent adjustment of each and the presence of an infrared heater, which gradually warms the Board from below and prevents the printed circuit Board from deforming during the heating cycle when repairing the product. The capabilities of this station allow you to make adjustments to the thermal profile and configure it for a specific type of chip and printed circuit Board.

Soldering of printed circuit boards with components installed manually is carried out in convection reflow furnaces installed in our automatic Assembly lines.
