How we work

Receipt of the Customer’s request via our call centre or by e-mail.

Quick response prerequisites:
- • For PCB production assessment—project file (or Gerber files), description of PCB technical parameters in the completed order form.
- • For electronic component mounting assessment—assembly drawing, BOM list in *doc, *xls, *pdf formats (preferably), component coordinates file.
- • For packaging, testing and waterproof coating assessment—product assembly drawing, programming and testing instructions.
Preliminary analysis and review of received files, clarification and discussion with the Customer of details necessary to provide a quotation. Approval of acceptable substitutes according to the specification.
Processing of information and further provision of price and completion dates in a quotation.
Approval of delivery terms and dates. Invoicing, signing a contract.
Purchase of components, preproduction activities, equipment adjustment for testing.
Product manufacturing.
Shipment of finished products to the Customer.
