LOCALISATION OF ELECTRONICS PRODUCTION

The need for import substitution and the growing risks of production are forcing many companies to localise the production of electronics in Russia. As a Russian developer and manufacturer, ATB Electronics offers electronics localisation services for projects of any degree of complexity.

The advantages of ATB Electronics as a localisation platform include:

  • Location: in-house production facilities in Moscow with high-tech equipment enabling the production of electronics in large batches
  • Personnel: an in-house R&D centre with 6 years’ work experience and the necessary competencies both to develop electronic products from scratch and to localise them
  • Documentation: compliance with all standards and requirements for the production and development of electronics in Russia

Localised production of electronics allows the customisation of electronic products to meet the needs of the Russian market and consumer; prompt responses to changes in demand; and the use of existing domestic infrastructure including logistics infrastructure.

Localised electronics do not contravene the Russian import substitution policy, and can take part in bids and tenders in accordance with Russian law.

HOW CAN ATB ELECTRONICS HELP YOU?
  • Analysing the design documentation and deciding whether it can be entered into the register, and giving recommendations of how to achieve the necessary score.
  • Developing the design documentation for product designs, electronics, and software in accordance with GOST 2.103-2013 “Unified System for Design Documentation”.
  • Developing the product manufacturing process and aligning it with in the Process Documentation requirements of GOST 3.1001 2011 “Unified System for Technological Documentation”.
  • Manufacturing prototypes in accordance with the Process Documentation and carrying out all planned tests.
  • Consulting on gaining approval for product manufacturing with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, and on being entered into the Unified Register of Russian Radio-Electronic Products of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
